The Sea Of Dreams foundation is changing lives everyday by providing the
tools of empowerment to disabled and impoverished citizens throughout the
world.  With the creation of a viable technical and training assistance network, Sea of
Dreams is teaching those in need the fundamentals of science and technology
to help propel them toward a better life. This goal is achieved by providing
medical intervention when necessary, and by delivering enabling technology,
job training and skills enhancement throughout the general populace.

The Sea of Dreams Foundation is proud to introduce three of its current
programs, whose inceptions span ten years of successful implementation in the
Pacific Rim region of the United States and Asia: Ocean of Potentiality and
its sister program Dream Catchers, are networks through which participants
interact with similarly challenged role models who are involved in cutting
edge careers in math, science, engineering and technology. Both programs
encourage children, parents and teachers to embrace the "I CAN" attitude.
The Digital Ride takes technology on the road, bringing the fundamentals of
computer science to those residents who live in remote or impoverished areas.
Employment Dreams Perfected is a Sea of Dreams program which empowers
people with disabilities and other disadvantaged youth and adults with the necessary resources needed to create real choice options for long-term, unsubsidized
