Sea of Dreams Foundation has joined CEC, Global Interactions and the China International Conference Center for Science and Technology to hold the 2004 China – U.S. Conference on Educating Students with Special Needs.  This Conference will convene in Beijing, June 11-14, 2004.

The Call for Paper has been posted with a submission deadline of October 15^th. 

Conference topics include:

       Teacher Preparation and Professional Development

      Key Legislation and Policy Issues

       Community Integration

      Practice/program

       Prevention
